Escort ads are posted on directories, classified-style sites and agency pages, and the rules differ sharply from one country to the next. Many platforms let you create a basic listing for free and charge for featured placement. Terms change often, so check each platform’s current terms before you pay or upload any documents.
This guide is organised by country. If you would rather have a second pair of eyes on your choices, our escort advertising service starts with a private consultation, and you can book it directly. Reviewed 13 October 2026. This is general information, not legal advice.
What “free” really means on escort ad platforms
A free listing usually means free to create, not free to use well. You pay in time, and sometimes in visibility. Free tiers often show your profile lower in results, limit the number of photos, or hide features that paid profiles get.
Look for these costs before you start:
- Placement. Is the free listing visible in search, or only by direct link?
- Limits. Photos, text length, cities, number of profiles.
- Renewal. Does a free listing expire, and must you republish it?
- Data. Does a free account still ask for documents or a phone number?
- Upsells. Featured positions and boosts are a separate decision. See the section on paid upgrades below.
Platform pricing and tiers are set by each platform and change. We do not quote figures here, because we cannot verify current ones for you. Where a fact is uncertain we write “check current terms” in the tables.
How to choose a platform: audience, rules, cost, risk
Four questions sort most options quickly.
Audience. Do the profiles already there look like you in level, style and niche? A page full of near-identical listings and no one like you is a signal.
Rules. Do the content rules allow how you describe your work and your photos? Rules on wording and images are often stricter than people expect.
Cost. Is it a flat fee, a time-based fee, pay-to-feature or pay-per-contact? Read the renewal and cancellation terms before you pay.
Risk. What happens if your profile is removed? Can you reach a person, appeal, and delete your data? Never send identity documents to a platform that does not say how it stores and deletes them.

United States
In the US, the legal background matters when you pick a platform. FOSTA-SESTA (Public Law 115-164, 2018) made it a federal offence to operate an online service with intent to promote or facilitate prostitution. In practice it made many sites more cautious, and several well-known sites closed. Backpage was shut down in 2018, and Craigslist closed its adult services section in 2010. Laws also differ by state. Platforms that remain tend to be strict about wording, so write within their rules.
| Platform | Free or paid | Verification | What it allows | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tryst | Free listing and paid boosts reported by users; check current terms | Check current terms | Profile pages searchable by location | Users report uneven screening of other profiles |
| Eros | Check current terms | Check current terms | Profile listings by city | Cost against fitting enquiries; check renewal terms |
| Slixa | Check current terms | Check current terms | Profile listings by city | Cost against fitting enquiries; check renewal terms |
We listed only platforms we could confirm as operating in 2025–2026 from independent sources. We could not confirm their fee structures or verification steps from official pages, so we have not guessed. Open each platform’s own terms and help pages and compare them against your scorecard.
United Kingdom
In the UK, adult sites sit under the Online Safety Act. Since July 2025, services carrying pornographic content must use age checks that Ofcom describes as highly effective, and self-declaration of age does not meet that standard. For you as an advertiser, this can mean stricter public content rules and age-gated areas.
| Platform | Free or paid | Verification | What it allows | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AdultWork | Free listing and paid membership options reported; check current terms | Age checks for explicit areas; check what it asks of providers | Public profile pictures and galleries must be safe for work, with explicit content kept in age-checked private areas | Content rules have changed recently and may again |
| Vivastreet | Free basic listing and paid featured placement reported; check current terms | Check current terms | Classified-style ads | Many user reviews complain of fake profiles and scams, so check how it handles reports |
| Eros (UK section) | Paid listings reported; check current terms | Check current terms | Profile listings by city | Cost against fitting enquiries |
AdultWork reported its safe-for-work rule for public profile pictures in 2025, and Vivastreet describes its adult categories in its own submission to an Ofcom consultation. We could not verify either platform’s current fees from an official source.
Spain
Spain is different, and you should read this section slowly. Since October 2022, Spain’s general advertising law (Ley 34/1988, article 3) treats advertising that promotes prostitution as unlawful. In 2023, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs sent requirements to several portals and said the rule covers ads presented as “escort”, “acompañante” or “masajista” services. Press reports at the time said some operators closed or moved their sites abroad.
Even so, several platforms still publish escort and companion ads for Spanish cities. These are the ones we can confirm are operating in October 2026. We name them so you can compare them, not as a recommendation, and we do not link to them.
| Platform | Free or paid | Verification | What it allows | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Skokka | Free basic ad and paid upgrades reported; check current terms | Check current terms | Classified-style ads by city across Spain | High volume: your ad competes with many others |
| NuevaPasión | Free ads and paid highlighting reported; check current terms | Shows a “verified” badge on some ads | Classified-style ads by city | Mixed audience; wording rules change |
| Destacamos | Check current terms | Check current terms | Classified-style ads with paid highlighting | Visibility depends on paying to stay on top |
| TopEscort (Spain section) | Check current terms | Check current terms | Directory profiles by country and city | International audience; check how it shows your location |
| GirlsMadrid (GirlsBCN network) | Check current terms | Curated: profiles are reviewed before publishing | Portfolio-style profiles, luxury positioning, Madrid and Barcelona | Selective entry and cost; fits a premium position |
| Your own channels (private contact details, a page you control) | Free | None needed | You decide the wording | Reach is limited without a listing |
Take local legal advice before you advertise in Spain. A lawyer who knows the sector can tell you what is current. Our advertising channels guide covers how to build enquiries from sources you own.
Other European markets
Rules across Europe vary widely. Some countries regulate the work and allow advertising within conditions, some restrict advertising, and some treat parts of the activity as a criminal matter. Do not assume that a platform legal in one country is legal in the next, or that a rule you know applies where you are travelling.
| Platform | Free or paid | Verification | What it allows | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| International directories with country sections | Check current terms | Check current terms | Check current terms for each country | A listing may exist but sit in a legal grey area locally |
| Local-language directories and classifieds | Check current terms | Check current terms | Check local rules | Closure, local enforcement and wording rules |
| Agency pages | Set by the agency | Set by the agency | Your listing under the agency’s brand | Dependence on one brand |
For each country you plan to work in, check the local advertising rules first and the platform second. If you tour, repeat the check for every stop.
Paid upgrades: when they are worth it
Featured placement and boosts can help, but only once the basic listing has been tested. Treat each upgrade as an experiment with a start date, an end date and a budget you can lose without distress.
Compare the enquiries you log during the upgrade with those before it. Stop when the upgrade no longer earns its cost in useful enquiries. Be wary of any promise of guaranteed rankings, bookings or income, from a platform or from anyone selling you advertising.
What gets an ad or account removed
Platforms differ, but the same causes recur. Read the content policy and compare it with your text.
- Wording or photos outside the platform’s content rules.
- Contact details placed where the rules do not allow them.
- Unverified claims, or details that do not match your documents.
- Duplicate profiles or several accounts for one person.
- Reports from other users, whether fair or not.
- Using the platform in a country or a way its terms do not cover.
Before you pay, find out whether there is an appeal process and whether a person answers. Keep a master copy of your text, photos and contact details outside every platform, so a removal is an inconvenience and not a loss.
Tracking which platform brings enquiries
You cannot compare platforms without a record. Keep a simple log in a private notebook or spreadsheet.
- For each enquiry, write the date and the source.
- Note whether it matched what you offer.
- Note whether it became a booking.
- Use the same details on each platform for the first 30 days, so the comparison is fair.
- Review the log at day 30 and again each quarter. Close what you do not use.
A short test never gives certainty, because enquiry numbers fluctuate for many reasons. It does give you a better basis than guesswork.
