It is also a low-pressure way to see how we work before deciding on monthly management. You can take the plan and carry it out yourself. Many people do.
Everything is private. You choose what to share, and nothing you tell us is published or used as an example.

€150, or US$150. If you continue with monthly management, the full amount is credited to your first month.
How long is the session, and do I have to talk?
45 minutes, by call or entirely in writing on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. It is your choice, and there is no need to speak on the phone. You then receive a written summary of three to five priorities.
Do I have to continue with monthly management?
No. The consultation stands on its own. You can follow the plan yourself, or ask us to run it with you.
What do I need to prepare?
Just answer a short questionnaire. Share only what you are comfortable with, and we will work with that.
Are sessions recorded?
No, sessions are not recorded. You receive our written summary instead.
Can I have the session in another language?
Sessions are in English or Spanish. Tell us which you prefer when you book.
How do I book and pay?
